Ganni is based in Copenhagen and it was created by a husband and wife duo. Their brand fills in the gap in the contemporary market by brining full of personality and contrast to easy-to-wear pieces. Ganni is inspired by their Nordic heritage, but not limited to their traditional minimalist expression and they want to be known for being playful and bringing an effortless approach to design.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as face masks and cosmetics). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Items purchased at MSRP and up to 29% off their MSRP can be returned in full to your original payment method. Subject to change based off of promotions/sales.

Items purchased for 30% to 39% off of their MSRP can be returned for store credit only. Subject to change based off of promotions/sales.

Items purchased for over 40% off of their MSRP are considered "Final Sale" and can't be returned or exchanged. Subject to change based off of promotions/sales.
